Application studies of collagen began in the wake of Nippi’s researcher Dr. Nishihara’s new method. In 1963 in US, Nishihara’s method was awarded the world’s first patent for solubilization technology of collagen. Since then, collagen applications have been developed in various fields, including food, medicine & medical care, and cosmetics. Collagen is a safe and naturally derived material, and our collagen casing products are hygienically made from finely processed beef protein.
